Department: 39113 Green Bay - Home Medical EquipmentStatus: Full timeBenefits Eligible: YesHours Per Week: 40Schedule Details/Additional Information:replace service techMajor Responsibilities:xc2xb7 Handles customer complaints regarding timeliness of deliveries or quality of products for areas of responsibility.xc2xb7 Aids field staff with questions regarding equipment.xc2xb7 Stocks and maintains vehicle inventory.xc2xb7 Knowledgeable and competent on the basic DME and specific RT equipment.xc2xb7 Responsible for accurate and timely delivery, pick-up and or switch out of DME and RT equipment.xc2xb7 Completes paperwork in a neat, accurate, timely manner in accordance with regulatory rules.xc2xb7 Maintains and operates company vehicles in accordance with company policies, procedures and regulatory agencies.xc2xb7 Operates vehicle in accordance with local laws.xc2xb7 Works on-call schedule as indicated by management.xc2xb7 Attends meetings and handle other duties as assigned.Licensure, Registration, and/or Certification Required:xc2xb7 A valid driverxe2x80x99s license issued by the Division of Motor Vehicles.Education Required:xc2xb7 High School Diploma or GED equivalentExperience Required:xc2xb7 1 year related experience in customer service, deliveries, etc.Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:xc2xb7 Previous work experience dealing with customers, patients, or the general public.xc2xb7 Ability to use tact, discretion, and good customer service skills to be able to interact with customers and patients. Must be able to verbally explain the operation of the equipment.xc2xb7 Must be dependable, able to work independently, handle interruptions, and follow directions. Must be able to maintain accurate records and maintenance systems.xc2xb7 Must possess and provide proof of a valid Illinois or Wisconsin Driverxe2x80x99s License and a registered, functional car with adequate insurance coverage.Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:xc2xb7 Must have manual dexterity to operate a variety of office and business equipment.xc2xb7 Must be able to sit, stand and walk for prolonged periods in order to analyze and prepare information.xc2xb7 Must have the physical agility to move about in confined spaces, including bending, kneeling, squatting and occasionally reaching one or both arms over the head.xc2xb7 Must be able to lift, push or pull 75 lbs.xc2xb7 Must be able to maneuver up to 122 lbs on a dolly up and down ramp and/or stairs as needed.xc2xb7 Must be able to speak and hear clearly to be able to communicate with people in person or over the telephone.xc2xb7 Subject to occasional temperature and road fluctuations during required business travel or during warehouse/dock work.xc2xb7 Subject to exposure to chemical and hazardous waste and communicable disease.This job description indicates the general nature and level of work expected of the incumbent.
