Medical Lab Technician / Medical Technologist - MLT/MT *Sign On Bonus*

Responsibilities:

• Conduct a variety of laboratory tests and procedures with accuracy and efficiency, including hematology, clinical chemistry, microbiology, immunology, and molecular diagnostics.
• Analyze and interpret test results, ensuring their timely reporting and maintaining the highest level of accuracy.
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment and instruments while strictly adhering to safety protocols.
• Collaborate closely with healthcare professionals to provide reliable laboratory information for patient diagnosis, treatment, and disease prevention.
• Uphold stringent quality control measures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Document and report any anomalies or deviations from expected results.
• Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of laboratory processes and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Medical Technology or a related field.
• Certification as a Medical Technologist (MT) or Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS).
• Prior experience in a clinical laboratory setting is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in laboratory techniques, procedures, and instrumentation.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with laboratory information systems (LIS) and electronic medical records (EMR) is advantageous.
• Commitment to upholding ethical and professional standards, including the strictest patient confidentiality.
