The 149-bed medical center is a nonprofit, acute-care facility, where more than 300 primary care and specialty physicians are committed to providing exceptional healthcare services to our community with dignity, compassion and respect.Statement of Purpose:
Responsible for the testing of laboratory specimens and the reporting of results in all areas of the core laboratory. Automation and middle ware experience a plus. Follows laboratory policies and procedures and maintains quality control practices in the laboratory.Qualifications:Education: AASS Degree in Medical Technology required; MLS or equivalent; BS in Medical Technology from an accredited school or equivalent preferred.Certification/License: MLT (ASCP) or MT (ASCP) certification preferredExperience: 2 years of working experience in an environment that has a high, complex laboratory automation; basic computer knowledgeMRMC Differentials:Hospital differentials are: $3.50 hourly for evenings, $4.75 hourly for nights, and $2.75 hourly for weekends. All differentials are paid based per hospital policy.
