A day in the life of a HSO Medical Assistant (Triage):
- Collaborates with Practice Manager & Care Management Director
- Promptly answers, screens, and processes medical service requests and telephone
- Provides education to patients and patients\' families. Works with the physician to select appropriate educational materials, strives to improve the well-being of patients and promote better health management through education
- Completed a Medical Assisting training program (or LPN education)
- Have at least 2-3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience
- Are certified or registered
- Have Triage and/or Family Practice experience
- Have EMR experience
