Aetna is hiring a local Broker Manager to support our growing Medicare Sales Organization in Central Mississippi. This is a highly collaborative role that will report to the Sales Director and drive local broker distribution and sales success.
Accountable for driving and achieving company defined distribution channel sales goals and objectives.
Responsible for the execution of market strategy impacting the recruitment, onboarding, engagement, production, and compliance adherence of assigned independent broker base.
- Travel expectations include local broker and agency activity, market team meetings, territory, and grassroots leads, and overall, in-person sales activity.
- Local sales director will provide guidance on expectations for field visits.
