Job Description


The Senior Advisor of Governance and Reporting for the Medicare Workforce Management (WFM) and Operations Support team will be responsible for owning the operating model strategy and governance model.. Workforce Management is comprised of front and back office planning teams. Operations Support is comprised of Learning Design & Delivery, Knowledge Management, and Coaching & Performance Teams. Holistically, these teams support Medicare Operations and Cigna Supplemental Benefits (CSB). This role will be responsible for tying the key metrics, insights, and reports together to socialize with key business leaders.Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement an effective operating model strategy for the WFM and Operations Support team - including conducting a gap analysis across the full team for the lines of business we support
  • Use data analytics and insights to drive strategic opportunities and identify areas for improvement
  • Own the development of defining key WFM and Operations Support data sets including building dashboards and reports required to drive accountability and results Design the engagement model across the businesses we support, defining when and how the WFM and Operations Support teams meet with the operations leaders across the various needs on the team (financial projection cycles, monthly WFM reviews, monthly training reviews, etc.)
  • Manage the transition planning for key WFM + Operations Support tools and technology that will need to be transitioned after the sale to HCSC is complete - serving as the business lead and meeting with technology team on requirements, risks, tradeoffs, and decisions
  • Own the transition planning for key WFM + Operations Support process and people entanglements across The Cigna Group to ensure deliverables remain whole post-transition
  • Build strong relationships with the business, serving as the key liaison to HCSC for planning discussions across WFM + Operations Support ahead of the transition, and post-transition
  • Represent WFM + Operations Support as the program lead for integration planning on the team
  • Own the WFM + Operations Support MOR and leadership team meetings, ensuring the WFM + Operations Support lead team is prioritizing key deliverables appropriately
  • Provide quality and timely reporting of progress, exceptions, risks, and issues, ensuring WFM and Operations Support Leaders have necessary information to make informed decisions
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Business Management, Data Science, or similar degree
  • 7+ years of operations and/or data analytics experience in various functions (Call, claim, provider ops, etc.)
  • Experience interacting and leading conversations with senior leaders, up to SVP level
  • Extensive experience in building data-driven dashboards leveraging data visualization tools
  • Extensive experience in Microsoft Excel. Tableau is a plus
  • Microsoft PowerPoint - and ability to create executive-level communicationsusing data visualization
  • Experience with WFM, Training, Knowledge Management, and Coaching tools and technology a plus
  • Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong customer satisfaction focus with emphasis on data analysis, problem solving, decision making, planning, reporting, teamwork, and adaptability
  • Strong prioritizing and organizational skills
