• $62000 - $67000 / year
• Professional nursing license is highly desirable

With direction and support, the Memory Support Manager coordinates the memory support program to ensure that the physical, social & emotional needs of the residents and their families are met. As a representative and team member of the company, this position is expected to present oneself in a manner that reflects professionalism and ensures resident satisfaction.

Duties include:

• Oversee team members in the Memory Support Neighborhood
• Lead by example and collaborate with Life Enrichment to ensure resident engagement in programs
• Collaborate with Clinical partners, including Personal Care Administrator and Director of Wellness, to coordinate and ensure positive resident care within the Memory Support Neighborhood
• Provide orientation for new residents and family members
• Facilitate and promote support and/or educational groups for residents and families
• Communicates with resident family members in a respectful and caring manner and provides information regarding residents daily life as appropriate; uses tactful, diplomatic communication techniques in potentially sensitive or emotionally charged situations;

To be successful in the role, you would have:

• Current nursing license preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must have prior related experience in Memory Support environment
