:Job Summary:Provides departmental assistance to maintain the efficient operation of Volunteer Services and the Gift Shop. Serves as primary point of contact for customers and volunteers in the absence of the Coordinator.Essential Job Duties: * Works in the Gift Shop as needed covering breaks and paid time off. Balances cash drawer, restocking, running cash register, etc.

• Assists volunteers with training/questions regarding cash register, credit card and DeductIt machines in gift shop as well as remote sales.
• Price and put away merchandise.
• Provides daily tracking reports of gifts shop sales and fundraisers as needed.
• Set up room arrangement and remote DeductIt for monthly fundraisers.
• Create/refresh shop merchandise displays as needed.
• Tracks volunteer information on software management program including application information as well as compliancy information. Enters volunteer hours for those not entered on the kiosk. Runs volunteer reports as needed.
• Performs general tasks as requested by the Coordinator or Manager as needed.
