Job TitleMerchandising RepresentativeLocationBiddeford, MaineDescriptionMaintain in-store compliance at stores within the assigned geographical area while monitoring and supplying goods of service to each customer.Merchandising activities in large format and grocery accounts across Southern Maine, Southern New Hampshire, and Northern Massachusetts. Stocking shelves, inventories, executing on new items, obtaining store displays, and other additional duties.Average mileage 600 - 900 miles per week. Mileage reimbursement for personal vehicle use.JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES\xc2\xb7 Ensure displays are set to plan-o-grams\xc2\xb7 Check and report product voids\xc2\xb7 Maintain ad hoc merchandising\xc2\xb7 Manage inventory levels minimizing out of stocks and dump\xc2\xb7 Execute all sales programs, POP (point of purchase) materials, and work to maximize sales in each store\xc2\xb7 Set new stores and perform required resets\xc2\xb7 Manage in-store customer fulfillment programs to include scan-based trading and web based ordering\xc2\xb7 Travel to customer store locations as required within a specific geographical area\xc2\xb7 Assist with customer service issues or complaints\xc2\xb7 Complete pricing surveys as required\xc2\xb7 Perform other duties as assigned\xc2\xb7 Report any food safety and food quality related issues to management immediately\xc2\xb7 The requirements herein are intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed by employee, but is not a complete list of responsibilities, duties, and skills required.   • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • 2 to 4 years of retail, customer service, or related experience
  • Certification and/or License \xe2\x80\x93 may be required during course of employment
