Responsibilities will include

  • Manage a team of 5+ Product Training Managers.
  • Facilitate instructor-led training face-to-face and virtually with customers teaching Entrata best practices with users of all technical skill levels.
  • Educate new trainers following the product training onboarding certification process, finding ways to motivate and hold them accountable to OKRs, KPIs, and MBOs.
  • Learn all of Entrata's products and understand how customers best use the platform to train effectively.
  • Create, coordinate, and deliver training for Base Camp and Summit - Entrata's two largest events of the year (300+ attendees).
  • Promote operational excellence: identifying and executing opportunities to optimize processes and gain efficiencies.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to help the implementation process run smoothly.
  • Work closely with leaders in Product Management, Project Management, Consulting, Implementation, Customer Support, and Customer Success.
  • Foster an environment of accountability for yourself and others on your team.
  • Manage customer expectations and know how to defuse escalations by problem-solving and finding solutions all are happy with.
  • Travel last minute when needed to provide world-class customer service.
  • Organize and run team meetings and cross-department meetings communicating clearly and effectively.
  • Support and champion change management initiatives both within the department and the organization as a whole.
  • Build relationships of trust with team members to help with their professional development and growth.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications, Education, or a related field
  • 3+ years managing employees
  • 5+ years of software or sales training experience
  • High EQ and ability to connect with others easily
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Positive, self-motivated, self-managed, and a finisher
  • Travel up to 50%

  • Excellent time management skills
  • Experience in the multi-family industry
  • Skilled in managing projects successfully
