Where We Need You:

The Chicago office is seeking a Manager to join our growing national MSFT Cloud Applications team.

What You Can Expect:

The Protiviti MSFT Cloud Applications team provides services to Clients for the strategy, design, migration and implementation of a wide range of solutions utilizing MSFT applications such as, but not limited to:

M365 Tenant and all Applications

Includes experience in Planning, Governance, Compliance, Security, Migrations, Deployments, etc.

The Power Platform

Architecting solutions across applications

M365 Security & Compliance applications

Configuring Purview, Defender, Intune, etc.

The Manager has hands on involvement in every phase of the engagement from design through deployment and works directly with the client. They are encouraged to progress their knowledge and experience across the Microsoft applications and participate in the development of new offerings for the practice.

Mangers will partner with our clients to solve complex business problems and provide best in class advice and solutions. Managers have a solid understanding of their client\xe2\x80\x99s business and demonstrate technical competence.

Managers who take project management roles (not a requirement) are responsible for job economics and for ensuring seamless project management. Protiviti looks to support Managers in developing future contacts within the business community and serve as ambassadors of Protiviti in the market.

Internally, Managers are leaders and coach our junior staff as both role model and trainer by demonstrating the attributes of excellent client service and assisting team members in developing technical and professional competency.

Relationships with client personnel and professional associates strengthen as the ability to communicate, gain trust and network improves. Managers will be provided responsibility for decision-making, ranging from staffing and preparation of deliverables to application of methodologies.

Do Your Talents Include the Following?

Experience in delivering business solutions on Microsoft 365 with expertise related to Teams, Exchange, OneDrive and SharePoint Online.

Experience with the Power Platform, specifically: PowerApps Portal, Power Automate and Apps, and Power BI reports implementations.

Experience with the MSFT SCI suite of applications.

Experience working with and presenting to clients with excellent written and verbal communications, with technical and non-technical personnel.

Working knowledge of Collaboration, Portals, Enterprise Search, Social Networking, Enterprise Content Management and/or Business Process and Forms.

Experience with the some of the following MSFT technologies:

SPFx

HTML5, CSS, React and PowerShell.

JavaScript Client-Side Object Model (JSOM).

Azure

Experience with implementation concepts (requirements management, development methodologies, testing and documentation of business processes) and in moving from solution envisioning to implementation to rollout.

Working knowledge of the Microsoft technology stack.

You have an understanding of Information Architecture, taxonomy, and knowledge management disciplines.

You are able to multi-task and meet deliverable deadlines while maintaining professional demeanor under pressure.

You have interest in demonstrating an ability to stay current with Application Architecture best practices, existing and emerging technology platforms, architectural and systems engineering industry trends.

You are passionate about delivering client satisfaction and demonstrating a growing level of industry and product competency and are able to articulate their value to your clients.

You understand the business environment and potential client base for your solution and industry.

You seek opportunities to interact with and mentor personnel, including participating in the creation and rollout of training and developing skill sets.

Your Educational and Professional Qualifications:

Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in relevant discipline (e.g. MIS, Engineering, Computer Science or related technical degree) required.

4+ years of experience designing, building and deploying enterprise solutions with Microsoft technologies.

Significant portion of above experience delivered while working for a technology consulting firm.

MSFT Certifications for M365, Power Platform, SharePoint, Information Protection, Intune and related applications a plus.
