Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Mid-Level SAP/FI-CO Analyst
Position type: 6-month Contract-To-Hire - you must have a legal work status to work on our client\'s W-2/Payroll as a direct hire employer after working a 6-month contract first.

Location: Omaha, Nebraska - Monday - Thursday on-site and Friday work remote

As a Mid-Level SAP FI/CO Analyst, you:
Will be responsible for the project delivery, production support, maintenance, and configuration of the company\'s SAP FICO solutions and related third-party bolt-on systems. The SAP Finance Analyst uses their experience, knowledge, and leadership skills to recommend solutions and guide team members, including 3rd party contractors. Must be able to convert to a direct hire employee of our client without USCIS.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Perform and manage SAP FI and CO module configuration using the IMG in the SAP areas such as FI, FSCM (IHC and Treasury), CO, and FICO integrations between PS, SD, MM, Payroll, and HR
  • Provide customer-facing application support and project delivery to business process owners.
  • Gather and analyze business requirements from finance business stakeholders, document functional requirements, develop and recommend solutions and identify any potential process changes affected.
  • Support internal or third-party programming/development activities.
  • Manage test plans and lead QA/test activities for all configuration activities.
  • Assist business users and the development team on support issues/enhancements.
  • Provide training and coaching to end users.
  • Document changes and follow company defined ITSM policies and procedures.
  • Ensure adherence to change control policies and audit guidelines.
  • Complete a variety of work assignments within structured deadlines.
  • Follow the corporate project execution framework.
  • Maintain and execute ITSM policy and procedures using ServiceNow
  • Work on troubleshooting Bank Interfaces such as EBS, ACH, WIRE
  • Work on tax-related issues for AR & AP
  • Knowledge of SAP Project System & Sales and Distribution is a plus and may have to work on them 20% of the time.
  • Knowledge of Vertex & LCR Dixon
  • Work with interfaces between SAP and Legacy applications
  • Trouble shooting IDOC issues.
  • Work on the AP process using a workflow process.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • 3-5 years of functional SAP ECC FI/CO project delivery and production support experience
  • Strong knowledge of financial & cost accounting processes and integration
  • Working knowledge of SAP FI and CO master data to evaluate and analyze the impact of configuration or process changes across other SAP modules.
  • Experience with ECC NEW GL and FSCM is a plus.
  • PS, MM, PM, HR, Payroll, and SD integration knowledge a plus
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Communicates well with all levels of management.
  • Ability to work in a multi-tasked environment.
  • Ability to work in a diverse team environment.
  • Able to work independently and communicate risks or potential problems to Supervisor.
  • Construction industry experience is a plus.
EDUCATION:
Bachelors in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $50.00 - - $60.00 W-2 per hour -
