The Middle School Assistant Manager II assists in maintaining efficient operation of school cafeteria and kitchen areas. As directed by the cafeteria manager, the assistant manager supports and gives work direction to cafeteria employees in their daily duties and maintenance of proper food safety and sanitation conditions in the kitchen. The assistant manager also helps ensure the maintenance of record keeping of meals provided following state and federal requirements. The position has a retirement association with the Public Employeesxe2x80x99 Retirement System (PERS).Job Requirements
The following are required: * A high school diploma or equivalent. Two years of related work experience may be considered in lieu of the education requirement.
