The role of the Manager in Training is a high-speed fast-track to a management position. Meant for those with prior management experience, we\xe2\x80\x99re looking for individuals who love to connect with others, work well in a fast-paced environment, and want to lead and inspire their team. Other tasks may include maintaining high standards for food and service, ensuring proper product preparation, inventory control, personnel management, and sales and marketing efforts.

REQUIREMENTS
- Running shifts
- Training
- Cash control and bank deposits
- Food and beverage orders
- Daily oversight and completion of checklist
- Must be available to work 35 to 40 hours a week
- Interviewing
- Weekly inventories
- Assisting with weekly schedules
- Daily oversight of food cost and labor percentages
- Prepare food that meets Jersey Mike\'s specifications and high quality
- Service that is noticeably friendlier than that of others
- Run a restaurant that is noticeably cleaner than other restaurants
