THIS POSITION IS FOR A PHONE REPAIR TECH


We are seeking someone who has experience in repairing iPhones.
Other device repair knowledge is a plus, but we mainly focus on iPhones.
We can refine and offer training to improve repair knowledge, but some understanding/know how is required.

In addition to device repair, you would also need to hold a dual position as a fully capable ZAGG sales associate. ALL training for this position is provided with

NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED.



Pay: Hourly plus commission earned on every sale

(Commission and base hourly pay depends on skill and performance)

Job Duties, post training, include but not limited to:



Opening and closing the store Cash register, Square reader, RQ Point of Sale. Providing proactive and creative solutions to our customers mobile needs. Precision shield installation. Performing inventory counts. Maintaining a clean and professional kiosk. Cleaning is definitely involved. Learning about new products and devices coming to market. Reporting to the store manager about your productivity, accomplishments, and areas for improvement. *Networking with retail partners (Apple, AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Spectrum, etc).

Shifts will be allocated accordingly by the store manager in the following time brackets:



9:45am - 3pm (15 minute break) 3pm - 9pm (15 minute break + 30 minute lunch) Shift times vary depending on shopping mall hours Each employee will be taking on 15 - 35 hours per week depending on availability.
