We are seeking an

experienced and highly motivated Operations Manager

to oversee our

Atlanta-based mobile repair operation

. This role requires a strong leader with

diesel repair expertise and management experience

to handle daily operations, team supervision, customer relations, and business growth.

Responsibilities:

Lead & manage

a team of mobile diesel technicians, including hiring, training, and performance management.

Oversee daily operations

, ensuring technicians are scheduled efficiently for 24/7 service coverage.

Handle vendor relations

, ordering parts and managing inventory to maintain seamless operations.

Ensure customer satisfaction

, addressing service concerns and maintaining strong client relationships.

Drive business development

, identifying growth opportunities and building partnerships in the trucking industry.

Maintain operational efficiency

, monitoring performance metrics and optimizing workflows.

Manage compliance & safety

, ensuring all work meets DOT regulations and company standards.

Work independently

, making key decisions and reporting directly to company leadership.

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in diesel truck repair

(mobile repair experience preferred).

3+ years of management or leadership experience

in a service-based business. Strong knowledge of

truck diagnostics, repairs, DPF systems, and aftertreatment services

. Experience with

scheduling, dispatching, and overseeing a 24/7 operation

. Ability to

hire, train, and lead

a high-performing team of diesel mechanics. Strong customer service skills and ability to build long-term client relationships. Must be

trustworthy, reliable, and capable of working independently

with minimal supervision. Basic understanding of

business operations, budgeting, and vendor negotiations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 50 per week

Schedule:

8 hour shift Evening shift Weekends as needed
