Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Mobile Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality automotive repair and maintenance services directly at the customer's location. As a Mobile Technician, you will utilize your expertise in automotive electrical systems, diagnostics, and repair to ensure customer satisfaction and vehicle reliability. This position requires strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently while delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive automotive diagnostics and repairs on various makes and models of vehicles. Conduct routine vehicle maintenance services, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections. Troubleshoot and repair automotive electrical systems to ensure optimal performance. Provide expert knowledge in ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) calibration and repairs. Perform diesel engine repairs as needed for diesel-powered vehicles. Communicate effectively with customers to explain services performed and recommend necessary repairs. Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used during each visit. Ensure all tools and equipment are maintained in good working condition.

Experience

Proven experience in automotive repair with a strong understanding of automotive service procedures. Familiarity with dealership environments is a plus but not required. Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment for troubleshooting automotive issues. Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance practices and standards. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. Experience working with various automotive systems, including electrical, mechanical, and electronic components. A valid driver's license is required; additional certifications in automotive technology are preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.60 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
