responsibilities:
- A motivated individual with molecular biology experience.

- The candidate will work closely with colleagues to extract nucleic acids from cells, amplify libraries via RT and PCR, and perform Next Generation Sequencing to identify sequences of interest.

- This role will require developing and assessing new sequencing and automation technologies to rapidly identify high impact biotherapeutic agents.

qualifications:
- Must have B.S. degree in science or equivalent, Masters are acceptable

- 1+ Year\'s work experience required.

Skills:

- Experience in molecular biology methods such as isolation of DNA/ RNA, setting up PCR reactions and performing DNA clean up using SPRI beads

- Eagerness to learn new techniques and skills in Next Generation Sequencing and automation

- Ability to multi-task and prioritize to meet key project deadlines

Critical Skill

- Prior experience with automation or NGS a plus
