POSITION TITLE:
Morning Baker
JOB TASKS:
Prep breads, fillings, etc.
Proof doughs, breads, etc.
Operate bakery machinery, such as ovens, stove tops, and mixers.
Work in a fast-paced work environment.
Assist other bakers with baking, mixing, and prepping
Lifting 25 to 50 lbs bags, containers, etc.
Working with back of house to ensure baked goods and desserts will be ready on time for customers/restocked.
Clean and sweep work areas.
Good planning skills
Able to follow instructions and recipes
Flexibility to work around customer demand
Report any issues with equipment
This position will require bending, twisting, stooping, lifting, and continually being on your feet
Proficiency in English
