MotoQuest is a motorcycle tour and rental company featuring BMW GS series motorcycles for rentals and guided tours throughout the west coast, Alaska and multiple countries around the world. We are all excited about motorcycles and love working and traveling with them.

MotoQuest Anchorage, AK is looking for a full time year round CSR Rental Agent to answer phones, structure reservations, rental check in/out, organize and clean shop, wash motorcycles, load and unload trucks/trailers of motorcycles, run recovery missions and supply runs among other duties.

This position is primarily a CSR position, strong customer service skills are required.

This position involves traveling for work and can lead to working at multiple locations.

Schedule

The position is Full Time, five days per week,

Training period schedule will be Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm

Once training period is complete schedule with be Thursday to Monday 8:30am to 5:30pm

Training period may involve travel to other facility locations

schedule is subject to variation depending on the needs of the business.

MotoQuest prefers candidates with the following attributes

Demonstrated skill with spreadsheet applications (Google Sheets/Excel)

Experience with rental software

Excellent communication skills, with client-facing experience

Clean driving record

Enthusiasm for motorcycling

MotoQuest requirements for position

Valid driver's license with a motorcycle endorsement

Ability to push and maneuver 500+lbs motorcycles

Love motorcycles

Open to travel

This position requires the ability to manage one's own time with respect to the daily goals and priorities of an ever changing environment.
