Job Summary We are currently seeking an ambitious and passionate Motorcycle Sales Associate who can provide excellent sales service to drive sales, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. As a Motorcycle Sales Associate, you will be selling more than just transportation; you will be selling passion, adrenaline, adventure, and freedom. Duties Include:
- Exceptional customer service from the time a customer walks to when they leave
- Ability to communicate with customers to find the perfect motorcycle that fits their specific desires & style
- Create and exceed new and used sales opportunities
- Follow up with prospective customers
- Meet and exceed sales goals as assigned by the manager
- Guide customers through the C.U.S.T.O.M sales process
- Complete all paperwork accurately and on time
- Keep the CRM System updated
- Maintain a clean, appealing showroom floor
- Pay plans with an earning potential between $60,000-$90,000/yr
