Requirements to Move with Muvr:

You're 18 years or older You have at least one year of moving experience, or equivalent. You have at least one year of customer service experience - a reliable and friendly attitude! You have stamina to lift and carry heavy items (100 lbs. or more) with and/or without another mover while climbing stairs, balancing, walking, etc. You have rolls of plastic stretch wrap Vehicle requirements vary by mover type, but you must have a reliable pickup truck, sprinter cargo van, box truck, or regular car (year 2008 or newer) to be able to get to the pickup and drop-off locations. You have a driver's license and insurance You consent to driver screening and background check You have an iPhone or Android smartphone

Document Requirements:

A valid US Driver's License Proof of vehicle insurance Mover profile photo ??Video demonstrating that you have stamina to lift and carry heavy items (100 lbs. or more) with and/or without another mover while climbing stairs, balancing, walking, etc. Example: Video showing you and someone carrying a sofa while walking for at least 10 seconds. You can also do the same by yourself, walking for 10 seconds while carrying 100lbs in weight
