Performs various duties related to the assigned nursing unit in accordance with established Hospital Policies and Procedures.Under the supervision of healthcare provider, performs a variety of basic patient care activities.Reports to departmental unit manager/director.FLSA: Non-exemptMinimum Qualifications:Minimum Education
X High school diploma or equivalent preferred.Required Skills
Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.Required Skills

X Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of hire
X AZ CNA license on hire or LNA licenseComptency:
EKG Interpretation within 90 daysMinimum Work Experience
