The Multi-Family Construction Project Manager is responsible for the daily management of all aspects of a project. The Project Manager shall provide overall management for select projects and ensure that project objective are accomplished within prescribed cost parameters and time frames.

The Successful Multi-Family Construction Project Manager will have:
5+ years of experience (willing to look at someone who is Assistant Project Manager or Senior Project Engineer and ready to take the leap to PM)
Must have multifamily or senior living
Project Management software experience (they use procure but okay with someone who has expertise in other programs and open to learning)
Exposure to estimating
Solid communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Someone career-driven - this person will ideally grow into a senior role as they continue to add in new people. Opportunity to get in on the ground up with a growing division
Degree preferred but not required, open to strong relevant experience
The Construction Multi-Family Construction Project Manager will take leadership in the development of the company\'s growth across a variety of markets. This will include working with pre-construction, managing subcontractors and working with new and existing clients to cultivate strong working relationships. Multi-Family experience is ideal for this role but not a must.
This Construction Multi-Family Project Manager position will play a key part in developing a structure to support the recruitment of future project engineers/project managers and establish a firm project management department for the company.
