Work is guaranteed for 3/4 of the contract period specified in reg. 20 CFR 655.122(i).Housing will be made available at no cost to workers, including U.S. workers who cannot reasonably return to their permanent residence at the end of each working day. Workers will also be paid an overtime rate of pay equal to one and one half the base rates of pay listed above for hours worked in excess of 40 hours in the same pay week period, if applicable. Work Tools, supplies and equipment will be provided at no cost to the workers. Transportation and subsistence expenses to the worksite will be provided by the employer or paid by the employer upon completion of 50% of the work contract, or earlier, if appropriate.
