As a Multi-site Self-Storage Manager for our self-storage company in Anchorage, Alaska, you will be responsible for managing multiple self-storage facilities in the area. We are seeking a skilled and experienced manager who is committed to providing excellent customer service and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and safety. This is a full-time position with many opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.

Responsibilities of a Multi-site Self-Storage Manager :

• Oversee daily operations of multiple self-storage facilities
• Ensure that facilities are clean, well-maintained, and secure
• Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner
• Manage inventory, including ordering and stocking suppliesire, train, and supervise staffanage budgets and financial reports for each facility
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions and activitiesevelop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones

Qualifications as a Multi-site Self-Storage Manager :-

• At least 2 years of experience in self-storage management or related field
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
• Valid driver\'s license and reliable transportation

• Competitive Starting salary of $42,000.00-$45,000.00 / year
