NA/CNA Lead Caregiver at Always Best Care Senior Services - OahuRole DescriptionAlways Best Care Senior Services is currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants/ Nursing Aides to join our team as NA/CNA Lead Caregivers at our Oahu location in beautiful Honolulu, Hawaii. • Providing compassionate assistance to clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and medication reminders
• Offering companionship and emotional support to clients, creating a nurturing and comforting environment
• Monitoring and promptly reporting any changes in clients\' health or behavior to the appropriate supervisor, ensuring their well-being is safeguarded
• Maintaining a clean and safe environment for clients, promoting their safety and comfort
• Collaborating closely with other caregivers and healthcare professionals to create effective care plans, providing comprehensive and holistic care
• Providing reliable transportation to appointments, events, and errands as needed, ensuring our clients\' mobility and independence

Requirements

• Hold a current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Nursing Aide (NA) in the state of Hawaii, demonstrating your commitment to professional caregiving
• While previous experience working with seniors is preferred, it is not mandatory, as we value compassion and dedication above all
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to effectively connect with and understand our clients\' needs
• Be proficient in both independent work and collaboration, as teamwork is essential in providing tailored and comprehensive care
• Have reliable transportation and a valid driver\'s license, enabling you to fulfill transportation responsibilities for our clients
• Pass a background check and drug test, ensuring the safety and well-being of our clients
• Demonstrate the physical ability to assist clients with mobility, lifting, and other physically demanding tasks, guaranteeing their physical comfort and safety
