NAs/CNAs Facility Needed!!!Always Best Care Senior Services - Oahu is seeking compassionate and dedicated CNAs/NAs to join our team. Our healthcare/medical franchise organization is based in beautiful Honolulu, Hawaii. As a member of our team, you will have the rewarding opportunity to provide essential care and support to our elderly clients, enhancing their daily living activities and overall well-being. We offer competitive compensation with an hourly rate ranging from $18 to $25, paid on a weekly basis. Your schedule will be flexible, accommodating your availability. • Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and medication reminders.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Monitor and report any changes in clients\' health or behavior to the appropriate supervisor.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
• Collaborate with other caregivers and healthcare professionals to ensure effective care plans.
• Provide transportation to appointments, events, and errands as needed.

Requirements:

• Hold a current CNA or NA certification in the state of Hawaii.
• Previous experience working with seniors is preferred, but not required.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Show the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Have reliable transportation and a valid driver\'s license.
• Must pass a background check and drug test.
• Possess the physical ability to assist clients with mobility, lifting, and other physically demanding tasks.
