DESCRIPTION OF THE ROLE:Always Best Care Senior Services - Oahu is currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Nurse Assistants (NAs) and Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) to join our team at our Oahu location in Kaneohe, Honolulu, Hawaii. As a valued member of our healthcare and medical franchise organization, you will provide essential care and support to our elderly clients, ensuring their overall well-being and assisting with daily living activities. With flexible hours and convenient weekly pay, this role offers a rewarding and fulfilling work experience in a positive and supportive environment. You will play a vital role in maintaining the physical and emotional health of our clients, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and medication reminders. Additionally, you will provide companionship, monitor health and behavior changes, collaborate with caregivers and healthcare professionals, and provide transportation and errand assistance as needed.RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assisting clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and medication reminders.
• Providing companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Closely monitoring and promptly reporting any changes in clients\' health or behavior.
• Maintaining a clean and safe environment for clients.
• Collaborating with caregivers and healthcare professionals to ensure effective care plans.
• Providing transportation for appointments, events, and errands as needed.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Hold a current CNA or NA certification in the state of Hawaii.
• Previous experience working with seniors is preferred but not required.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Have reliable transportation and possess a valid driver\'s license.
• Satisfactory completion of a background check and drug test.
• Physical ability to assist clients with mobility, lifting, and other physically demanding tasks.
