Bethany is at the forefront of creating and implementing solutions to meet the growing needs of vulnerable children and families in the U.S. and around the world.The National Director-Corporate Relations is responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive strategies to increase corporate support and partnerships for Bethany Christian Services. This role focuses on nurturing relationships with national and multinational corporations, overseeing corporate fundraising initiatives, and aligning corporate social responsibility goals with the organization\'s mission.This position is expected to function effectively with moderate supervision while following the guidelines given on procedures, along with agency, federal, and state regulatory requirements.ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive corporate relations strategy aligned with organizational objectives, focusing on workplace giving, corporate sponsorships, and strategic partnerships;
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key corporate partners and stakeholders, ensuring long-term engagement and support;
  • Identify and engage potential corporate partners to expand the organization\'s network and funding base;
  • Oversee the development and management of workplace giving programs, including payroll giving, matching gift programs, and employee engagement initiatives;
  • Collaborate with corporate partners to promote and increase participation in workplace giving campaigns;
  • Develop and manage a portfolio of corporate sponsorship opportunities, including event sponsorships, cause marketing initiatives, and in-kind donations;
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling sponsorship packages and proposals that align with corporate interests and organizational needs;
  • Work closely with the marketing and communications team to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all corporate relations activities;
  • Collaborate with program staff to identify funding needs and opportunities that align with corporate interests;
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of corporate relations activities, providing regular reports and updates to senior leadership;
  • Utilize data and metrics to assess the impact of corporate partnerships and inform strategic decision-making;
  • Complete other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of eight (8) years of experience in corporate relations, fundraising, or business development, with a focus on workplace giving and corporate sponsorships.
  • Proven track record of successfully securing and managing corporate partnerships and sponsorships.
  • Strong strategic thinking and planning skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective corporate engagement strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with fundraising software and CRM systems is preferred.
  • Computer skills sufficient to perform essential functions including knowledge of Microsoft Office suite;
  • Must be 21 years old with a valid driver\'s license with at least 3 years driving experience in the U.S. to operate a vehicle on behalf of Bethany. Must also pass a Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) check and maintain a reliable vehicle with proof of adequate insurance coverage;
  • Pass a criminal history screen, including state and local child protection agency registries;
  • Subscription to and integration of the agency Statement of Faith, and Mission Statement.
Salary disclosure for residents of Colorado, Washington, California, Hawaii, Rhode Island, Washington D.C. & New York: ($90,000-$100,000) base rate plus a 1-25% differential.*
