Job Description
is recruiting for a licensed NP or PA with 1 or more years experience to join the team of providers already in place providing exceptional patient care in our as a Patient Navigator. The ideal candidate will be licensed in Missouri.
The Orthopedic clinic is open 5 days a week and provides a variety of services. Those include knee replacements, back and hand surgery, and ACL reconstruction, among other procedures.
A typical day will include: Providing education to the patient and family, setting expectations, assisting with preoperative and post-operative optimization and improving the patient\'s healthcare literacy. You would facilitate a positive patient experience by assisting in coordination of communication between the patient, the physician and healthcare team.
This position is Full Time Days, 8am - 5pm
