Always Best Care Senior Services - Oahu is currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to join our team in Honolulu, Hawaii. This includes assisting with personal care, closely monitoring health, facilitating engaging recreational activities, and maintaining a clean and organized living space.Responsibilities:

• Provide compassionate assistance to residents in their daily activities, including bathing, dressing, eating, and toileting.
• Vigilantly observe and report any changes in residents\' physical and mental health to the supervising nurse.
• Offer invaluable emotional support and actively engage residents in recreational activities to enhance their well-being.
• Meticulously observe and record residents\' vital signs, promptly notifying the nurse of any irregularities.
• Ensure clean and organized living spaces for residents, including assisting with laundry when necessary.
• Strictly adhere to safety and infection control protocols to safeguard the well-being of residents.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop personalized care plans tailored to each resident\'s specific needs and preferences.

Requirements:

• Hold a valid CNA certification from an accredited program.
• Have a minimum of 1-year experience in a healthcare or senior care facility.
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Be available to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Demonstrate physical ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
• Satisfactorily pass a criminal background check and drug screening.

Compensation:This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary range of $20 to $22 per hour, paid on a weekly basis.
