Our company values diversity and is an equal opportunity employer, offering a fair and inclusive work environment for all qualified applicants.Description of the RoleThe Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) will play a vital role in assisting residents with daily activities, both physical and emotional, to help them maintain their overall well-being. This includes providing personal care, monitoring residents\' health, engaging them in recreational activities, and ensuring their living space is clean and organized.Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, eating, and toileting
• Monitor residents\' physical and mental health, reporting any changes to the supervising nurse
• Provide emotional support to residents and engage them in recreational activities
• Observe and record residents\' vital signs, reporting any abnormalities to the nurse
• Keep residents\' rooms clean and organized, assisting with laundry as needed
• Follow all safety and infection control protocols to ensure the well-being of residents
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to create individualized care plans for each resident

Requirements

• Valid CNA certification from an accredited program
• Minimum of 1-year experience working as a CNA in a healthcare or senior care facility
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Physical ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
• Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening
