This position is responsible for gathering and analyzing provider network data at the direction of Network leadership.
Perform complex analysis in an evolving data environment
Complete projects that require data mining, analysis, and presentation
Focus on solutions, dive into projects, quickly identify drivers in the data
Identify relevant trends, do follow up analysis, prepare visualizations
Develop and maintain dashboards to track remediation of issues
Extract and analyze data, patterns, and related trends, with the subsequent ability to synthesize the data into information consumable by business decision-makers
Provide statistical assistance to the department
Uses research and statistical methods to conduct comprehensive analyses on the data collected
Works with requestors of informational topics related to research, and decision-making analyses
Conducts trending analysis for improvement
Supports project leaders/management in the creation of data repots and reviews technical data to ensure legibility, accuracy and completeness in gathering, organizing, generating, processing
Utilizing an understanding of technical data, makes recommendations to ensure documentation/reports are prepared in accordance with approved procedures
Works with internal and external customers to identify, research and resolve data integrity issues
Tracks and monitors job status through workflow processes
Participates on work teams to achieve department goals and improve processes
Performs other duties as assigned
Knowledge of system/equipment capability, design restrictions and security requirements
Excellent analytical skills related to the development of report specifications and data reporting
Requirements:
Bachelor\'s Degree
2-4 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience with compliance, auditing and monitoring, education and training, and process improvement.
