Position Summary
This position is responsible for the completion of the MPOS Triage case workload to ensure all SLAs and TATs are consistently met. Staff member will be responsible for an assigned case workload that will include provider requests, contract and claims research, and member move directions. Staff member will maintain open lines of communication with the MPOS Triage Manager and Lead on any issues encountered, as well as provide feedback/recommendations for any process improvement opportunities.
