Position Summary
Staff member responsible for the completion of the MPOS Provider Data case workload to ensure all SLAs and TATs are consistently met. Staff member will be responsible for an assigned case workload that will include provider requests, contract and claims research, and member move directions.. The staff member staff will maintain open lines of communication with the MPOS Manager and Lead on any issues encountered, as well as provide feedback/recommendations for any process improvement opportunities.

Required Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Written and Verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with QNXT and/or PRMS.
• Experience working with Provider Data
• Analytical skills

Education

• High School Diploma

Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $18.50 - $34.60 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
