Job Description

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a wide range of experienced Network Specialists to join a 7-year DoD program contract job opportunity supporting the Department of the Navy located in New Orleans, LA. The Network Specialist will assist with end-user desktop support across numerous Marine Corps installations worldwide.

Responsibilities for the Network Specialist include:

• Assist with Network Admin support

• Help resolve connectivity, OS, Microsoft/Office, and Video Teleconference issues

• Work directly with Marines, Government Civilians, and contractors to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues

• Meet service goals by opening and closing tickets, executing scripts, and answering calls

Required Qualifications for the Network Specialist include:

• Must have an Active Secret Clearance

• 4-10+ Years of Network Admin experience

• Active IAT III Certification and CCNA

• Experience with troubleshooting, ticketing systems, and support for IT devices

Compensation for the Network Specialist include:

• Salary Range: $80,000-100,000 **depending on years of experience and certifications**
