Role Purpose
Responsible for the overall planning, directing, and management of all technical, clinical, financial, strategic, and administrative aspects of the academic Neurodiagnostic Services department. Provides ongoing coordination with other academic departments, referring physicians. Including the following services - long term video EEG set up & monitoring, electrocorticography, cortical stimulation mapping, routine and/or intra-operative somatosensory evoked potentials, and intra-operative EEG monitoring with/without robotics/navigation.

The Neurodiagnostic Lab compliments Barnes-Jewish Hospital\'s Neuroscience division. Our Epilepsy Monitoring Unit is a Level IV Epilepsy Center, utilizing state of the art video monitoring equipment with a dedicated staff of Neurologists and Neurodiagnostic technologists.

Academic HSO?s include the following services: long term video EEG set up & monitoring, electrocorticography, cortical stimulation mapping, routine and/or intra-operative somatosensory evoked potentials, and intra-operative EEG monitoring with/without robotics/navigation.
Responsibilities * Responsible for department operations to include, but not limited to: hires, terminates, trains, assigns work, manages and evaluates performance, conducts professional development plans. Ensures that the productivity and actions of department meet/support the overall operational and budgetary goals of the department and HSO as established by service line leadership.
