This role is for an aspiring agency growth leader looking to establish a proven track record of successfully leading the multiple phases of large new business pitches for the agency. At the core, this role will support the U.S. New Business team to consistently reinforce best practices, providing strategic counsel and streamline growth processes to drive impact. As such, it requires a comprehensive understanding of the communications industry, Zeno\'s capabilities, IP, design assets, client portfolio and culture.To be successful, this role must work seamlessly with agency leaders and have a broad understanding of the multiple facets of our business. At its core, this is a collaborative role that will require you to work with new business leads and agency leadership across the network - primarily in NY/DC, Chicago and California. You\'ll help connect dots across the agency, driving cross-office and cross-functional teams to successful pursuits across reactive, proactive and select organic growth efforts.The ideal candidate will have an intense personal drive and a desire to support the agency\'s growth through discipline, collaboration and focus. This role will work alongside the U.S. New Business team and agency leaders to build our business, acting as an essential project manager for growth opportunities and a guardian of Zeno\'s brand internally and externally. \ Responsibilities

  • Specifically, the person in this role will:
  • Work with the Head of U.S. New Business and new business leads across the U.S. and our global network to support and lead proactive and reactive growth efforts
  • Maintain CRM database to provide timely, accurate and insightful reporting to leaders on an ongoing basis, and ensure agency leaders are keeping it up to date
  • Manage RFI submissions largely independently with SME collaboration, and lead a proven process on RFP submissions
  • Serve as network resource for growth and knowledge sharing of best practices
  • Assist in the preparation of capabilities presentations in response to the brief with an eye for selling in relevant additional, relevant services
  • Think critically about each assignment and how to apply Zeno\'s best capabilities to position us for success and help maintain the agency\'s strong new business win rate
  • Maintain agency\'s historical database as it relates to new business and growth initiatives
  • Manage case study collection and maintain a library of case studies representing the full spectrum of Zeno\'s capabilities and experience
  • Promote cross team cooperation by genuinely valuing the opinions and views of others
  • Come up with innovative ways to identify new approaches for information sharing and new business processes
  • Support new initiatives to create fundamental, positive business changes; help others adapt to change
  • Coordinate, as appropriate, with other DJE companies
QualificationsCandidates must have a strong sense of service, and be well organized with excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills. The ability to work efficiently, manage-up to senior leaders, be solutions-oriented, proactive and anticipate needs is required. The ideal candidate for this position is an emerging growth leader with a proven track record of success supporting large new business pitches in an agency setting.

\ $65,000 - $94,000 a yearPay range: $65,000 - $94,000/year USD.An employee\'s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of DJEH\'s total compensation package for employees.
