Lead Analyst/Team Process Lead - Testing Services IT New Client Implementation - Primary responsibility is to assess/enhance team process and manage essential supporting documentation for tracking, reporting, and metrics for the Joint Client E2E Testing Shared Service Team. This team supports/leads end to end (E2E) testing for all new client implementations, new product implementations (CSP and ONEPA for example), and major initiatives with current clients as required.
Responsible for developing/managing effective and efficient processes that will support and optimize the team\'s ability to function in an organized and consistent way, while executing high-complexity testing initiatives for large cornerstone new client implementations. Actively participate in a culture of consistent delivery, responsibility, and clear, dependable communication. Support the creation/delivery of artifacts like status reports, test plans, and clear communication strategies that can be shared internally and externally.
