This is not exclusive to managementA candidate would have production, scheduling, accounting, laws and compliance of industry, budgeting, maintenance, safety, packaging, transportation, and QA experience in a feed mill setting is necessary.A degree in either Agriculture or Feed Mill Management is preferred, but the organization may consider experience over education for the right candidate.Now that may get your attention, but of course you are asking why I should I relocate to Iowa?
