ThinkTank is seeking dynamic and motivated sales team leaders and agencies to join our team as Lifeline Distributors/Agencies. We are looking for distributors/agencies with access to sales teams to help promote and enroll eligible customers into the Lifeline Phone Program. As a Lifeline Distributor/Agency - Sales Team Manager, you will lead your team of Lifeline Agents dedicated to connecting individuals with affordable phone services through the Lifeline Phone Program. This role involves managing your sales team, ensuring compliance, securing strategic locations for operations, and overseeing recruitment and training. The primary focus is on driving enrollments for our exclusive partner\'s Lifeline phone services while ensuring adherence to all company policies and standards.Key Responsibilities:Recruitment and Management:\xe2\x97\x8f Actively recruit and maintain a minimum of 5 enrollment representatives.\xe2\x97\x8f Develop strategies to attract top sales talent and build a robust sales team.\xe2\x97\x8f Manage and support the sales team to achieve high performance and meet Lifeline phone enrollment targets.\xe2\x97\x8f Recruit Agents on a Statewide, Regional, and National Level in available territories.\xe2\x97\x8f Establish Sales Teams with a Multi-office Presence Across States, Regions, and the Nation.Training and Compliance:\xe2\x97\x8f Conduct comprehensive training programs for new and existing agents, focusing on product knowledge, enrollment techniques, and Lifeline program compliance.\xe2\x97\x8f Ensure all enrollment representatives adhere to ThinkTank\xe2\x80\x99s policies and regulatory requirements.\xe2\x97\x8f Implement ongoing educational initiatives to keep the team updated on best practices and industry changes.Strategic Location Management:\xe2\x97\x8f Identify and secure strategic locations for enrollment operations to maximize customer outreach and enrollments in all U.S. Cities, Regions, and States.\xe2\x97\x8f Coordinate with local businesses, community centers, and event organizers to establish sales and enrollment venues.Performance Monitoring and Reporting:\xe2\x97\x8f Track and analyze performance metrics to ensure targets are met or exceeded.\xe2\x97\x8f Provide regular reports on enrollment activities, challenges, and achievements to ThinkTank management.\xe2\x97\x8f Implement corrective actions when performance standards are not met.Customer Relationship Management:\xe2\x97\x8f Foster positive relationships with customers and communities to enhance ThinkTank\xe2\x80\x99s reputation and service adoption.\xe2\x97\x8f Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly and effectively.\xe2\x97\x8f Emphasize the importance of reducing churn and implement strategies to encourage customer loyalty and retention.Compensation:\xe2\x97\x8f Performance-Based: Earnings are directly tied to the sales team\'s performance with no cap on potential earnings.\xe2\x97\x8f 1099 Contractor Opportunity\xe2\x97\x8f High earning potential with bonus incentives and uncapped earnings.\xe2\x97\x8f Sales teams enrolling up to 500+ or more customers weekly can expect lucrative earnings.Benefits:\xe2\x97\x8f Opportunity for high earning potential based on team performance and personal enrollment achievements.\xe2\x97\x8f Comprehensive training and professional development.\xe2\x97\x8f Weekly payment structure with a focus on timely compensation.\xe2\x97\x8f Provided with extensive marketing materials and resources to support team activities.Qualifications:\xe2\x97\x8f Proven experience in sales management, preferably in telecommunications or Lifeline programs.\xe2\x97\x8f Strong leadership and team-building skills.\xe2\x97\x8f Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.\xe2\x97\x8f Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.\xe2\x97\x8f Knowledge of compliance and regulatory standards in the telecommunications industry is a plus.SERIOUS SALES TEAM MANAGERS ONLY!How to Apply: Join us in our mission to provide essential phone services to underserved communities through the Lifeline Phone Program.
