A short 20 minute drive from Albany, Prestige Hospitality Group is seeking a Night Auditor for the James Newbury Hotel & Wire Event Center in Coxsackie, NY. The Night Auditor is responsible for managing operations at the Front Desk during the overnight shift. This key role requires customer service skills, dependability and self-management. As a Night Auditor, your duties include:
- Expediting smooth guest departures and arrivals
- Handling guest complaints and concerns in an efficient and timely manner
- Coordinating and multi-tasking job duties in a busy environment
- Working cooperatively in a team environment
- Providing excellent guest service to internal and external clients
- Processing daily Operations reports
- Ensuring that Health & Safety standards are met during the overnight shift
- Other duties as assigned by Supervisor/Manager and General Manager
- 1-2 years hotel experience is preferred
- Candidates must be available to work night shifts.
- Candidates must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Must possess strong organizational and time management skills
- Must possess an outstanding level of customer service, be punctual, well-organized and have a keen eye for detail
- Candidates must have excellent attention to detail
- Must be guest service focused
- Candidates must have the ability to work independently, as well as with others
