Night Auditor
Job Description
11 pm-7 am Thursday-Saturday Every other Wednesday. One week you will get 4 days (Wednesday-Saturday) other week you will get 3 days (Thursday-Saturday).
Our property is seeking a night auditor to join our growing group of hospitality professionals. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to financial details, a genuine love of interacting with people, and a superior commitment to customer satisfaction. Previous hotel experience is not required but guest service experience is highly preferred. Compensation:
$12.50 hourly
Responsibilities:
Audit and reconcile all financial records such as cash drawer activity, credit card transactions, room charges, final bill preparation, and occupancy percentages Provide exceptional service to all hotel guests during their stay Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports to general manager, department heads, and hotel management Process additional administrative, bookkeeping. and accounting procedures as required Execute front desk clerk duties as required, such as processing reservations and check-ins, delegating housekeeping, security, and service requests, responding to guest inquiries, and resolving guest complaints as needed Making sure all laundry is put away and folded Put out BreakfastQualifications:
Front desk clerk duties, guest services, night auditor or previous hospitality experience is preferred but not required Outstanding communication skills and excellent customer service skills are required High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred Requires a flexible schedule that allows for overnight shift hours Must be computer proficient; experience with accounting or reservation software is a bonusAbout Company
