Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our hospitality team. The Night Auditor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel during overnight hours. This position involves managing guest relations, performing night audits, and maintaining front desk operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills and a passion for providing exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities

- Conduct nightly audits of financial transactions and ensure accuracy in billing and payments.

- Provide outstanding guest services by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring guest satisfaction.

- Manage front desk operations including check-ins, check-outs, and handling phone calls with professionalism.

- Maintain accurate records of daily transactions and prepare reports for management review.

- Ensure the security of the hotel premises during overnight shifts.

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery for guests.

- Assist with any administrative tasks as required during the night shift.

Experience

- Previous experience in hospitality or hotel management is preferred.

- Strong background in guest relations and customer service.

- Familiarity with night audit procedures and front desk operations is a plus.

- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills are essential.

- Ability to work independently during overnight hours while maintaining attention to detail.

- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
