CNAs at Grace Health Center are responsible for assisting residents with all activities of daily living such as dressing, grooming, bathing, feeding, toileting, transferring, ambulating, positioning, exercises, and communication. • Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, feeding) and make their days brighter
• Monitor and record vital signs, ensuring residents\' health and safety
• Help residents move around safely, providing support and encouragement
• Observe and report changes in residents\' conditions
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
• Provide companionship and emotional support, fostering a positive atmosphere
• Follow care plans and adhere to facility procedures

• High school diploma or equivalent
• CNA certification in Pennsylvania
• Experience in long-term care is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A compassionate, patient, and energetic personality
• Ability to lift and move residents safely
