An incredible opportunity is now available for a Nurse Director of OR Services in Houston, TX! The Director of Surgical Services will be joining an award-winning hospital in their oversight of the perioperative services unit.

The Nurse Director of Surgical Services will report directly to the Chief Nursing Officer and will have exceptional communication and leadership skills. The RN Director of Surgery will oversee the hospital\xe2\x80\x99s expansive perioperative services unit which encompasses a total of 20 operating suites. In this capacity, the OR Nurse Director will take on the responsibility of implementing strategies to recruit and retain exceptional talent for the department, identifying opportunities for improving quality and performance, managing the department\'s budget, and handling other administrative duties as needed.

The OR Nurse Director will hold their RN License within the State of Texas along with a CNOR certification. The ideal candidate will possess a master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in nursing, Healthcare Administration, or another related field. The Perioperative Services Director will also have 5 or more years of leadership experience within an acute care setting of comparable size.
