They improve patient outcomes and their own techniques.What You\'ll Do
  • You will create and assess professional development programs aligned with current methodologies to promote ongoing learning.
  • You\'ll identify the needs of our staff, work closely with various teams, and modify educational material to suit those needs.
  • You will help implement education plans. You will create a positive environment to reach our goals.
  • You\'ll design and assess educational activities and projects. You\'ll engage team members and implement evidence-based content.
  • Use reliable methods to evaluate program outcomes. Involve learners in evaluation and adjust material based on data collected.
  • You\'ll build relationships with various community education programs and weave ethics through all aspects of your educational practice.
What Will Make You Successful In The Role
  • Familiarity with nursing practices, standards of patient care and procedures.
  • Comprehensive grasp of pertinent laws, regulations and standards set by accrediting agencies.
  • Knowledgeable in the areas of health promotion, illness prevention, and healthcare terminology.
  • A deep respect for medical and nursing ethics, and commitment to safeguarding patient confidentiality.

  • Bachelor\'s Degree in a relevant field.
  • At least 2 years of pertinent experience is essential.
  • RN license and BLS certification. If not BLS certified yet, they must obtain it within 30 days of hire.
Preferred: Nursing CVICU experience
