This position assists in contributing to the hospital\xe2\x80\x99s philosophy, objectives, educational and Performance & Improvement efforts, while providing supervision of House Supervisors, RN\xe2\x80\x99s and BHAs. This position will monitor staffing needs on assigned shifts. This position is responsible for assisting the CNO/ACNO in evaluating, reviewing, designing, and implementing hospital training events with respect to all RN/BHA staff required training. Also provides, on as-needed basis, patient nursing assessments.
