Position Details:
Hartford HealthCare St. Vincent\xe2\x80\x99s Medical Center is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join their Congestive Heart Failure team! The NP will provide care in an inpatient cardiology setting for heart failure patients and occasionally general cardiology patients and will collaborate with the Congestive Heart Failure Clinic and cardiologists. Responsibilities include monitoring heart failure of patients, educating patients about heart failure, performing consults for general cardiology and heart failure. Given the complexity of patient population, including advanced heart failure patients, this role requires critical thinking to best care for our patients.
